December 2020
Crestwood Village Four purchased this abandoned unit which was is desperate need of repair for $20K.
February 2021
After the necessary notice of abandoned property was complete we were able to access the unit and begin the clean-up and clean-out.
March 2021
Garage Sale day was the perfect time to allow people to walk through the unit in search of that perfect find. By the end of the day numerous items had been sold and removed from the unit, leaving the village with $360 of income.
April14, 2021
Renovations began in April with a trustee site visit with Pete, our Maintenance Supervisor, to determine layout changes and preliminary work.
Removing the wall between the kitchen and dining/living areas gives that desired "open concept" layout which also makes room for a large kitchen island.
Sublfloors pulled up for new underlayment that was needed due to poor condition that could not be salvaged.

After the summer tear down work was completed, things have started to be put back together again with a nice, fresh new look.
