REMINDER: GENERAL LANDSCAPING WILL BE HERE THIS WEEK TO SPRAY FOR NUTSEDGE GRASS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO HAVE THIS DONE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DO NOT MOW SIGN (CAN BE PICKED UP IN THE OFFICE) IF YOU WISH TO BE SKIPPED FROM THIS SERVICE.

ALSO – GENERAL LANDSCAPING WILL NOT BE MOWING THE GRASS THIS WEEK AS THEY NEED TO SEE THE NUTSEDGE GRASS IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE THEY SPRAYED IT ALL.

However, on several occasions, these requests have expanded beyond the scope of reasonableness, which, when that occurs, is our policy to then conclude that access.

Please be assured we take our financial stewardship seriously and are working diligently with our bookkeepers, auditors and general counsel to thoroughly review and address any potential items or questions that are raised.
