shame on every single one of you for stooping this low to try to keep me off the board. Please CORRECT THIS IMMEDIATELY.

===================================================

Hey Village Four…what kind of CRAP are you pulling now publishing this in the October Newsletter for all to see?

Here’s YOUR version of my resume that is riddled with errors against the one I submitted! WHY the need to re-type and corrupt my resume?

This is NOT OK! I provided a pristine resume that someone corrupted with spelling errors, inappropriate spaces, formatting errors, inconsistent bullet points and tons of other unacceptable deviations from the one I submitted.

Now that you’ve done your best to make me out to be something I am not, how about you do the right thing and correct YOUR error by hand-delivering my resume to the entire membership! That’s the least you can do after engaging in this corrupt shot at my professionalism.

KEEP AT IT BECAUSE I WILL NEVER BACK DOWN.

Now…do the right thing because people are watching and everyone can see what the current CV4 board is really all about.

Public perception isn’t shaped on raw facts, it is often based on who screams the loudest and points the finger with baseless accusations, as is the case once again with the accusations made in the above post, and by telephone call to me by Jo-Ann McKeon this morning (October 5th). I feel the need to explain to you, the residents, once again, what really happened.

Once again, Ms. McKeon is making accusations against the Board of Trustees (and now me), on matters they have nothing to do with. Furthermore, I am a NEUTRAL party, I work for the VILLAGE, YOUR community, NOT for the Board, but for ALL residents.

As you are all aware since I had this issue with Jo-Ann previously, I format and create the newsletter, which is no easy job. Once Denny, the head of the Election Committee, removed the resumes from the ballot box, I scanned them into a pdf file, gave the originals back to him, and added the resumes to the newsletter draft. Every other candidate’s resume was formatted to fit neatly within the area of the page sizes (in other words, regular margins), except for Jo-Ann’s. Jo-Ann’s margins were so wide that in an attempt to keep all the content on one page, I had to adjust the margins, which caused formatting issues, as can be seen on the resume in the newsletter. On the phone today, Jo-Ann said to me why, when I copied the resume, I didn’t change the ratio on the copier to 90% instead of 100% I ask why wasn’t the resume formatted so that no adjustments even had to be made?

However, in my quest for fairness, instead of returning Jo-Ann’s resume back to her and asking her to re-format it with regular margins, I thought I could help by doing it myself. Regarding the spelling error(s), that I can’t explain. I UNCATEGORICALLY DENY to making even ONE spelling or punctuation change. Again, in hindsight, I should have just returned her resume to her, but I try my best to help ALL the residents of the Village.

This is the 2nd time in as many months that accusations have been levied against the Board in an accusatory manner, for something that was not in their realm of responsibility or purview, and the 2nd time I have been badgered and accused of working against Jo-Ann. While I agree, tensions have been running high, and there are a lot of ill feelings and wild accusations being thrown about in an attempt to sway perception, these false accusations need to stop. In my view, we need community members who will be civil with each other instead of working against each other.

I have no “skin in the game” for the election. I work in the office. I work for YOU, the CV4 residents, and most of you who know me, know my loyalty is with you. While I know my employment and position are “at will” and I can be terminated by the Board in an instant if a Board member wants, I do not work to please them, I work for YOU.

This will be the final time I defend a position and my integrity because Ms. McKeon believes she has been conspired against. I feel she has become unpredictable, inciting conspiracy theories with no proof of wrongdoing. Again, public perception of this incident has been set by her, she immediately went to social media to accuse and blame, and only now did she contact me to ask what happened.

I again express my apologies to Jo-Ann that her resume was not formatted or printed properly in the newsletter and apologize to all of you that you have to endure more baseless accusations. Hindsight is 20/20, and yes, there were other avenues I could have and should have taken, but I thought I was helping, it was never my intention to try to assassinate Jo-Ann’s character, it was literally an effort to make sure every bit of information contained in her resume was put in the newsletter in a readable manner.
