The Board, in our governing documents and in the spirit of transparency, permits access to our financial documents to all community members. However, on several occasions, these requests have expanded beyond the scope of reasonableness, which, when that occurs, is our policy to then conclude that access.

Please be assured we take our financial stewardship seriously and are working diligently with our bookkeepers, auditors and general counsel to thoroughly review and address any potential items or questions that are raised.
