During a recent review of published materials, it was identified that the layout and visual formatting of certain candidate resumes appeared misaligned or incomplete. No content, however, was omitted as a result.

The Election Committee would like to clarify that these visual discrepancies were purely the result of a technical publishing and file-conversion error during document aggregation. They were not caused by any omission, oversight, or intentional action by the Board of Trustees. The Election Committee remains fully committed to maintaining an accurate, transparent, and fair presentation of all documentation, and a fair and unbiased election for all Village 4 residents.

The affected files have been updated to reflect the original, intended formatting. No content was affected.

Copies of ALL resumes together with an October 8th meeting notice will be delivered to each residence by the end of today.
