Please be advised that The Perfect Shade Painting will begin painting units in our village this June.
Your unit is scheduled for a two-step process:
- Day 1: The exterior of your unit will be power washed.
- Day 2: Painter will return the next day to begin painting, weather permitting.
To ensure the painter can work efficiently and protect your belongings, please complete the following preparation steps before your scheduled week:
- Clear the perimeter: Remove all personal items decorations, and furniture touching or near the unit exterior.
- Trim landscaping: Cut back any shrubs, bushes, or tree branches that are touching or located too close to the building walls.
We appreciate your time, cooperation, and assistance in preparing the property for these improvements.
