Notice of Regular Membership Meeting by the Secretary of Crestwood Village IV.

ARTICLE IV MEETINGS

Section 1. Place of Meetings Membership meetings shall be held at Independence Hall or elsewhere as designated by the Board of Trustees.

Section 2. Regular Meetings Regular membership meetings shall be held on the second Thursday of the months of April and October of each year. If a scheduled date be a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following day.

As per the by-laws, Crestwood Village Co-Op Four, Inc will hold a Membership meeting April 9, 2026 at 6PM at the clubhouse, 15 E Moccasin Drive.  If Membership fails to produce a quorum at that time, the Meeting will be postponed to April 9, 2026, 6:30PM at the same location.
