Village IV….the state of emergency goes into effect tomorrow at noon and continues into Monday.  The office will be closed Monday 

I cannot express how severe this storm is forecasted to be. Please stay in…no need to go out. Please give our workers time to do their job. Also, garbage will not be picked up Monday due to snow activity. Everyone’s patience and understanding is needed. Everyone’s SAFETY must be first priority
