Yes, the clubhouse has to remain closed to the public, this is the advice of our corporate attorney. His advice is based on the governors executive orders that are currently in place.
Another reason for this decision comes down to one thing, money. In the event a resident or guest enters the clubhouse and leaves, we have no way of knowing if they had Covid prior to visiting or if they caught it from another guest.
So in order to protect everyone from possibly getting infected, and filling a lawsuit, which by the way is not covered by any insurance company, we have to err on the side of caution and protect you, our residents.
Even though you can not come to the clubhouse our services are still being taken care of, such as garbage and outside repairs. Hopefully, sometime soon we can resume the inside repairs.
The best way to reach the staff or the board right now is through email, there is a contact form on the website for easy communication.
