DESCRIPTION:ARTICLE IV MEETINGS \nSection 1. Place of Meetings Membership meetings shall be held at Independence Hall or elsewhere as designated by the Board of Trustees. \nSection 2. Regular Meetings Regular membership meetings shall be held on the second Thursday of the months of April and October of each year. If a scheduled date be a legal holiday\, the meeting shall be held on the following day. \nAs per the by-laws\, Crestwood Village Co-Op Four\, Inc will hold a Membership meeting April 9\, 2026 at 6PM at the clubhouse\, 15 E Moccasin Drive.  If Membership fails to produce a quorum at that time\, the Meeting will be postponed to April 9\, 2026\, 6:30PM at the same location.

DESCRIPTION:BI-ANNUAL OPEN MEMBERSHIP MEETING \nWHAT:                          Open Membership Meeting—Present 2026 Budget \nWhen:                           Thursday\, October 9\, 2025—6:00-7:00pm *If a QUORUM is reached –  \nRESHEDULED TO: Thursday\, October 9\, 2025—6:30-7:30pm *If NO QUORUM is reached \nWhere:                          Independence Hall \nARTICLE IV\, SECTION 6 of the By-Laws states\, “The presence in person or by proxy\, of a minimum of 119 certificate holders of the Co-Op shall constitute a quorum…” ARTICLE IV\, SECTION 7 states\, “In the event any membership meeting cannot be convened because a quorum has not been obtained\, the Board of Trustees shall postpone such meeting to a later date not  more than one (1) week from the date of the originally scheduled meeting. Notice thereof shall be forwarded in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 hereinabove\, except that the said notice shall be effected not less than two (2) days prior to the date for such meeting. At such rescheduled meeting\, the certificate holders present either in person or by proxy\, shall constitute a quorum irrespective of their number. \n
